✓Political Contributions (MSRB Rule G-37): Municipal Finance Professionals (MFPs) cannot engage in municipal business with an issuer for 2 YEARS after a political contribution. De minimis exception: Up to $250 per election to officials the MFP can vote for.
✓FINRA Rule 4530 Reporting: Firm must report within 30 calendar days any customer complaint settlements exceeding $15,000 for an individual (or $25,000 for a firm), or criminal indictments.
